January 1922: “Dick Whittington” – Athenaeum Pantomime, in Aid of S.N.S.P.C.C.

There is an advertisement on page six of The Glasgow Herald, on Wednesday the 4th of January, 1922, for the Athenaeum Pantomime.

Produced by Mr Percival Steeds, Dick Whittington is described as “A Real Children’s Entertainment”. Tickets cost 3s 6d, and 1s 6d, including

tax. The show ran from Wednesday the 4th to Saturday 7th.
