The advertisement reads: “STATUARY. A GROUP OF STATUARY, beautifully Cut in Stone, by MR. WILLIAM GEMMELL, representing the Domestic Circle of the COTTAR’S SATURDAY NIGHT, is now Open for Exhibition, in Hope Street, opposite St. Columba Church.
“Admittance – One Shilling, from Ten till Four; and from Six till Ten 6d. (sixpence), for the benefit of the Working Classes.”
