February 1901: The “Lady’s Review of Reviews” – A New Monthly Guide – To Be Published in Glasgow and Dundee

A short notice on page three of The Morning Leader, in the BOOKS AND BOOKMEN column,

on Saturday the 16th of February, 1901, reads:

 

“The ‘Lady’s Review of Reviews’ is the title of a new monthly guide ‘to everything of passing

interest in the domestic, social, and literary world.’ It is designedly that the literary element

is set last! The review will be published in Glasgow and Dundee.”
