April 1920: Singing Pupils’ Concert, in the Institute Hall, West Regent Street

A short notice, on page nine of the Daily Record and Mail (Daily Record, in The British Newspaper Archive), on

Friday the 23rd of April, 1920, reads:

SINGING PUPILS’ CONCERT.

Pupils of Madame Pridham and Mr. Miller Reid,

of the Vocal and Operatic Studio, 405 Sauchiehall

Street, Glasgow, gave a delightful concert to a

crowded audience in the Institute Hall, West Regent

Street, last night.

This, the last concert of the spring season, comprised

solos, trios and choruses, and all the items were creditably

rendered.”
