January 1910: Mr James Maclagan Blair, Singer

A short article on page seven of The Hamilton Advertiser, on Saturday the 22nd of January, 1910, reads:

 

“UDDINGSTON ECHOES.

 

One is glad to notice that Mr James M. Blair, or to give him his professional name, Mr Maclagan Blair, is

meeting with much success on his appearance in London and various parts of England. The young basso,

we understand, purposes giving a vocal recital in Glasgow in March, when he brings with him several

eminent London artistes to assist at same.”
