Medical Society of Anderson’s College – Annual Concert in the Trades’ Hall, Glassford Street, on Wednesday the 30th of January, 1889
A short article on page six of The Glasgow Herald, on Thursday the 31st of January, 1889, reads:
“MEDICAL SOCIETY CONCERT. – The annual concert in connection with the Medical Society of
Anderson’s College took place last night in the Trades’ Hall, Glassford Street. The programme,
which was of a miscellaneous character, consisting of well-known pieces, was sustained by amateur
performers. Several concerted numbers were rendered by a male voice party. The concert was
listened to with much appreciation by a large audience.”
