October 1898: Music at Miss Cranston’s Tea-Rooms, 91 Buchanan Street

An advertisement on page six of The Glasgow Herald, on Monday the 31st of October, 1898, informed readers that there

was music at Miss Cranston’s Tea-Rooms, 91 Buchanan Street, every Tuesday and Thursday, from 4 till 7, during the

winter months.
