December 1897: Society in Scotland – Exhibition of Pictures by Mr. J. Hannan Watson

A short notice, under “Society in Scotland”, on page 924 of The Gentlewoman (page 41,

in The British Newspaper Archive), on Saturday the 25th of December, 1897, reads:

 

“Mr. J. Hannan Watson has during last week been exhibiting some of his pictures in 113,

West Regent-street, Glasgow.”
