May 1892: Mr W. Graham Moffat in Aberdeen
A short notice on page three of the Aberdeen Evening Express, on Wednesday the 4th of May, 1892, reads:
“MR W. GRAHAM MOFFAT IN ABERDEEN. – Mr W. Graham Moffat, son of the late Professor Wm. Moffat,
Glasgow, is to give an eloctutionary entertainment in the Ballroom of the Music Hall Buildings to-morrow
evening. The youthful elocutionist is well spoken of as a masterly delineator of character, and as the
programme which he is to submit is an excellent one – including, it may be mentioned, a selection from Mr
J. M. Barrie’s novel, ‘The Little Minister’ – the entertainment deserves to be well patronised.”
